Registered 19 years agoJust to clarify, the iPod's do come with a global warrenty (I bought one in the US), however if it does break (I'm on my 3rd, soon to be 4th) then you have to rely on Apple's own customer service to sort you out which is crap at best (given that they don't even speak to you over the phone after 3 months of ownership).
If I could go back and do it all again I'd buy over here from a store as I'd be able to go back and shout at someone when it breaks.

If they've got crap support and you're about to be on your 4th... Why not get something that's not an iPod?
