I gave it on good authority from Bernie supporters that Bernie Bros donít exist and no one actually means it when they say Bernie or Bust. And if they did itís because they are independents not Dems so why should they vote Blue no matter who. Also, the DNC is rigging the election again which is totally unfair.

I voted Bernie in 2016 primary. Iím totally off him as he condones the behavior of his supporters. And his supporters are where the cunts congregate.

It all seems to be following the labour/Cobyn pattern unfortunately. I just read a Guardian article that said the best hope to beat Trump would be a Bloomberg/Warren coalition. As much as I hate the big money side of American politics im leaning slowly towards this.

Itís not fucking rocket science people.... when you have a right wing loon doing everything he can to fuck up your constitution and make himself all powerful. Stick a moderate in who can grab republican votes, donít go for the leftest person on the planet who will drive anyone moderate into either voting for Trump or not voting at all.

    DONT BE LABOUR

Ok, yes, completely. Hopefully common sense will prevail. Although it seems to be severely lacking these days in politics and government.

Is this his bacon sandwich moment?

I bet Trump gets jam on his tie every side time he takes a bite.

The 'supporter' was making a joke, which Twitter took at face value because of the toxic community's constant desire to be binary polemicists

Oh wow, Biden just went low against Buttigieg. That's not good. One lesson the Dems should have taken from 2016 was that you should be careful how dirty you get in the Primaries.

The Democrat field is mediocre as it is. If they all nuke each other before the actual election gets underway, Trump will just brush away whoever was left standing.

And if he still loses he will just claim the other side cheated.

What are you talking about, he'll cheat anyway. For Trump, a victory won without foul play is no victory at all.

I know it's shallow, but personal credibility counts for a lot because most people don't pay attention to the details. Look at Trump, he talks absolute gibberish but he says it with conviction and he dominates the room.
Go read up on Warren G. Harding. He was chosen as the Republican candidate essentially because he looked "presidential" (ie. tall, white, male), despite the fact that he was known to be lazy and prone to gambling, drinking and extramarital affairs.

He was popular among the people but historians rank him as the third worst POTUS ever (was second until very recently).

Trump is charismatic and LOUD, but gets very, very little done.

Pelosi is quiet and not charismatic at all, but knows everyone, and knows how to get things done probably better than anyone else in the current US political climate.

Don't take this personally, but it really seems a lot of people have forgotten what the point of politics is. Many, of course, just don't care anymore and just want to rock the boat.

I don't like either of them, so gotta say I really enjoyed that ad.

Ironically Biden is on record with ďI never had an interest in being a mayor ícause thatís a real job. You have to produce. Thatís why I was able to be a senator for 36 years.Ē

From the debates I like Klobuchar. She has a good backstory but doesn't look like she's getting the support. Probably polling better than Biden these days though.

On policy Sanders or Warren would be great, but I doubt they can win the way the media is portraying them.

I'm not even sure Bloomberg is running for President, just using it as a tax break to make ads dragging Trump down. Steyer seems legit if we're backing a Billionaire but he has zero experience and his numbers are in the toilet. Now HE might be an interesting running mate.

And FWIW, it's very rare for a potential vice presidential candidate to be picked from the pack of presidential hopefuls. If it happens, it'll probably be drawn from one of the ones who dropped out early, like Booker.

Maybe Bloomberg could fund an "independent" Romney run? Split the vote.

Romney is pretty much done in the party, but I doubt he'll be primaried in Utah (but who knows?). At this point he's basically a Conservative Independent after breaking ranks with the main party.

He would be giving up a cushy job as Utah Senator to be a failed presidential candidate. He won't do that.

Look how low we've sunk. Looking to Romney as our saviour when half a decade ago Romney as US president would have been a horrifying proposition. Can we switch back to the original timeline pls

    @Huggybear

I don't take it personally but I'm talking generally about what people will vote for, and what they ook for in a politician, not myself.
