Fucking about time!
I'm nearly finished with 7 on PC so I will play this again! Haven't played it in years so looking forward to it.
They're not my favourite games but I would welcome a PC release of 10 and 12 in future if they could manage it. Would definitely purchase to add to the collection. -

Registered 12 years agoI'm trying to remember if my last playthrough was on PSP or Vita... Either way, it's been a few years.
I didn't bother with the PC/PS4 version of VII, but I might do for this. Speeding up battles is a tempting upgrade. -
Yeah I've reached the grinding point of 7 in the northern crater and it's getting a bit tedious, speed up would be nice. I think I have enough materia now to kill the weapons so I'm just going to finish it and buy this if it materialises. -

Registered 14 years agoIX is a lovely game. Compared to the slow PAL PS1 and PS3 versions I fully expect this to quickly become the definitive release.
Although I bet that initially it will have that bug where the ambient music restarts after every battle. -

Was the Android port any good? AS long as it works and hasn't been fucked around with I don't mind how it gets to PC. A very quick search turns up favourable reviews for the Android version. -

But apparently it will be out tomorrow. There was a new trailer up on Steam that wouldn't play, but said "out now", and someone found a listing on GMG that said April 14th.
That GMG listing also said the game was £20 though... -

EDIT VII's £9.99 on Steam atm, so I might have been thinking about the PSN price.

Just shy of £13 until April 20 then up to regular price of £16.
Seems kind of expensive, but it'll likely go down before I get round to buying it anyway. Got Nights of Azure to start(and get halfway through and not finish) so I reckon I can hold back for that price drop. -
£16?! That is massively overpriced for a 16 year old game! I paid £10 for the original PS1 release for crying out loud. It's also £8 on the PS Store.
