|Seriously... "Skywalker Gets A Stiffy"?|
Star Wars: The Last Jedi (Episode VIII) • Page 129
Skywalk and Skywalkerer
Skywalkin' you're tellin' me lies
I like the implication that Palpatine has just been sitting at the bottom of the second death star wreckage all this time, probably twiddling his thumbs and playing Solitaire.

And there it is.
The rise of Skywalker.
Well that was underwhelming
Yes, if "whelming" is... say... here... then that trailer is
If they'd bothered to check Wikipedia they could have found out he died in the last one. Going to be pretty embarrassing when they find out.
I love a good whelming, me
Luke done did a baby with Leia

I'm giddy at that reveal.
And to the peeps who quoted me on the last page, I understand people can not like it and still be interested in this installment.
My point was in response to the one person who said viii made them not care about star wars anymore. If that was the case why you back for more?
I.e the hate for 8 is hyperbole. Sure it wasn't the best and some bits were bad (the casino bit and leia's Mary Poppins). But because it took Luke down a road people hadn't considered thinking he was completely a white Knight of good is not the films problem (in before anyone says, of course it would be had it bombed at the box office).
Anyway, I'm super hyped by that teaser.

The teaser got me hyped as well, but that title... I don't know. Unless it means that Rey is either Luke or Leia's child? Or Kylo Ren turns to the light side and starts a helmet decoration emporium (with matching TIE fighters).
That reminds me I still need to watch Solo...

@DakeyrasUK not hyperbole and I come to the trailer hoping it might ignite a spark. It is nothing to do with Luke not being a white knight (he wasn’t in the trilogy either) but about the film boring me to the point that a new Star Wars trilogy is not my most anticipated movie release and makes it a ‘I will wait and see’ movie. This trailer btw didn’t really make me ‘giddy’ with excitement either, it was all very meh.

Well I liked that. I was positively whelmed.
Recasting Ron Perlman as Leia is a bold move for the franchise.
Emperor laughing wasn’t it?
Or a really old Joker.

Not-a-reviewer wrote:In some ways 3 is the best but only because it had the most Palpatine, who is easily the best thing about the prequels. But it is also boring as fuck. 1 is probably 'better'. 2 is really hard going.

I actually think Phantom Menace is probably the "best" one. They're all terrible terrible terrible pieces of shit but...
actually yeah they all just fucking awful.
I have no idea what the point of 2 was and 3 was based around one fight.
