    Yeah I was thinking about that. Those last Dennis Potter things was my first real experience of him as well, although I probably did see Annie when I was younger but hadn't realised that's who he was.

    He made some weird, offbeat films when he went to the US in the early 80s. Wolfen is great, Looker is fucking bizarre (and doesn't make a lick of sense).
