    Wrong.
You need to press it down so you get everything in contact with the pan, otherwise it wonít crisp up. Not like you have to worry about keeping the juices in when itís 2mm thick

Had he been shadowbanned? His profile's still there, but all his posts/threads are deleted.

What did he do to incur the wrath of ReedsPops? Maybe his threads were incurring too much of a bandwidth bill?

Hope someone makes an archive thread.

Depends on the quality of bacon. With Walls feel free to squeeze all the water out. With good butchers bacon leave it alone.
True. Plus, you just need a really hot pan and to avoid the temptation to keep flipping it over. 2 flips max I feel is a good rule.

My wife likes to cook bacon until you can hit it on something and it shatters.

    Bacon should not crunch.

Biting into stringy soft fat makes my stomach flip, ugh. I either need to trim every bit of fat off and then eat it soft, or crisp the fucking bejesus out of it.

Doesn't really matter how you cook it, if it's not from a Bawean warty sow, it's not worth the effort.

Gary would be so proud of us with this cooking conversation. I hope he's looking down at us while pricking his sausage.

I'll always remember Clive James for bringing the Japanese show featuring twisted endurance tasks to my attention, along with various TV ad's from around the globe that contained content a typical British TV ad would not be allowed to get away with.
