    Mark Blum?

    https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/films/news/mark-blum-death-covid-19-cause-coronavirus-you-desperately-seeking-susan-a9428671.html

I can't work out if we're more likely to hear about the deaths of very minor celebrities if it's due to coronavirus because that makes it more newsworthy. Seems so

Anyway I've got Michael Caine in the COVID deathpool. Can imagine him flaunting the isolation advice right up until shit got real

Apparently in hospital with heart issues but caught CV whilst there. Damn. I guess that's going to happen a lot. Like outbreaks of C-Diff.

I would rate them above the chuckle brothers, but below Paul Daniels and Debbie McGee.

Adam Schlesinger (Fountains of Wayne) will no longer be enquiring about Stacy's mother's availability or otherwise.

I'd say Hale and Pace score higher than Little and Large, Cannon and Ball and the Chuckle Brothers, they seemed quite edgy at the time.

70s/80s/90s light entertainment was fucking weird.

Oh, there they go. There they go, every time we start talking about double acts, a black guy got to pull Kenan and Kel out they ass. That's their one, that's their one. Kenan and Kel! Kenan and Kel! Let me tell you something, once and for all, Kenan and Kel were good; but compared to Cannon and Ball, Kenan and Kel ain't shit.

You want edgy, you've got edgy.

I remember my parents creasing up with laughter watching this. Literally, paroxysms.

Especially when you consider that, to a man, they all bemoan the fact that none of them can get work anymore.

Itís not like we donít like our nostalgia or our national treasures, we just BOOM dropped it.

To be fair, I'll take most of that versus X Factor, Love Island and Ant and fuccccckkkking Dec. (Yes, I know someone will say they're just the modern versions of Opportunity Knocks, Miss World and Morecambe and Wise.). Things WERE MUCH BETTER BACK THEN.

Freddie Starr dressed as Hitler with an ardent, salivating chimp on his lap against Rylan interviewing some other cunt blossom about some drama wot happened five minutes ago.

Personally, I eschew the lot of them. I am quite concerned about the kids getting older and wanting to watch the nonsense though. Hopefully can stave that off with well chosen, well timed films.

There were some gems though. The Two Ronnie's were pretty brilliant

I remember asking my dad to get us something from the video shop and he came back with ĎThe Boys in Blueí or whatever itís called, with Cannon and Ball.

Genuinely the worst film Iíve ever seen.
