It is an awful awful film but it's very good fun because smashy smashy giant robots are generally good fun. But all the acting is horrendous.

Still went to see it in IMAX twice though.

It is trying to be a bit trashy though. That's part of the appeal.

    It's so stupid though.
All the alien monster had to do was swim to anywhere deeper than 300 feet and the stupid robots would be useless.
    I'd rather watch Cloverfield ffs.

If they just hung out in the depths of the oceans, they wouldn't be much of a threat to humanity and we wouldn't need the robots.

Id wait to be honest.. ive gone all in on a 4k TV and 4k Blu Ray player and yes the picture quality is great but its not quite the leap i expected. Unless you have to have the latest tech then hold onto your money.

It seems like they make it impossible to get a list of uhd blu ray discs you can get right now. I had to go to tpb to see it's about 60.

    Can hav list pls?

No seriously guys, I looked real hard and I can't find a list of UHD blu rays I can go out and buy right now.
Tpb has like 2 pages of 30 torrents each before the porn begins.

No, that's the US releases. Worth bearing in mind that UHDs are region free though.

Trying again. List, starting on page 3 for those already released (in the US at least, although UHDs are not region specific). They have double listings for special editions etc.
