Registered 12 years agoSoooo, how we doing this? Just post in here when we're on and see who's about? Or set aside a day/time for some get-together games? For Halo, we play Monday nights between 8 and 10pm, we could do something like that..? Overwatch Wednesdays has a nice ring to it... -

Had a very long session today, it's great but the spawn camping is already getting ridiculous. -

Registered 14 years agoI'm finding the teams picking all the same hero to spam the opposite team more annoying now. Had it earlier with the entire team picking D.VA once they started loosing and we couldn't get close to the objective as they all just spammed her infinite chain guns into our collective faces with shields up. -

Registered 16 years agoIs it worse than placing a bunch of turrets right outside your spawn point before the game even starts? I probably would rather deal with a team of D.VA although I get the frustration with that too.

Registered 12 years agoD.Va doesn't do much ranged damage, so maybe get some Pharah/Widow/Junkrat action going on? She is pretty durable though, so I can see how an entire team of D.Va's would be a pain.
The thing I hate is Torbjorn's turret. He can just place one and then fuck off elsewhere and it's like his team have an additional player. A player who is an aimbot.
Anyway, I'm usually free Tues/Weds/Thurs evenings in the week, so whatever is best for others. The times I play can be pretty erratic, so it's useful for me to have a time set aside that I can plan around.
EDIT According to this, Genji, Mei, Rein, Roadhog and Tracer are the hard counters to D.Va.

She likes the old games box as well but isn't into watching me play shooty games for hours on ends.

@Unclebenny I gotta say, the two TV deal has bought harmony to my household.
The only issue off the back of this is Sky Multi-room! I am not that rich! so she has to 'make-do' with Netflix which of course doesn't always fly!

@bennyw01 have you thought about nowtv? my missus gets a lot of box sets and the sky channels so is quite happy to go into the bedroom and do a bit of kn.. sorry crocheting . -
@Graxlar I have Sky-Go - the problem being you then can't say put Sky Go on iPad and airplay it to the Apple TV that we use to run programming on our second TV set.
