The added depth is definitely welcome, the card health in particular seems to open up a lot of opportunities for new strategies.

I'm liking the Skelige "double the health of any damaged card" thing, especially as a load of the warriors start 1 point down.

are anybody playing this? I'm probably the least strategic person in the whole world and I normally hate card/boardgames, but I found this to be really good. I'm currently having decent succes with my skellig Ciri Dash deck.

Yeah I'm playing. Got tons of scraps from the nerfs too. What to craft, what to craft...

It's about eleventy billion times better than hearthstone.

I'm sure there are better, 'more meta' skellige decks out there with axemen and bears, but I really enjoy the synergy my discard cards provides.

Picked this up over the holidays.

Fucking worst thing I could of done. It's great. Enjoying this much more than I did Hearthstone or the like.

I enjoyed it but I've dropped out until the full release and the balance swings probably won't be so wild.

Just downloaded this out of curiosity and they gave me a free.. something.. in the game plus a free copy of the first Witcher. That's nice.

Ive put over 400 hours into this game, it really is addictive. CDPR are very generous with the rewards as well, you always feel like your making progress and not getting held back.

Their winter update just added over 100 new cards which was great. As the game is in BETA is does tend to change quite drastically from time to time as they try out new ideas. The Gwent of today plays nothing like the Gwent at the start of Open Beta.

Also the card art is very nice and everything just looks so well presented.

Fantastic game and would reccomend to anyone who enjoys card games.
