| Just finished this too, echo the comments made already it really is a work of art, every scene is wonderfully composed. Its dark, disturbing and thoroughly captivating. Loved it! |

Registered 15 years agoSo... looking on the store page, this game is listed as an 18. Is it? And why? -

Thematically it could be considered so, but that's open to interpretation. The mood of thriller/horror maybe but probably the blood. -

Registered 16 years agoI'm trying my best to play this in short chunks just so it doesn't end too quick. Really amazing game, I can't wait to play this in 4K! (said no one) -

I'm guessing that it will pick up when the PC version is released in a couple of days.

TBF it's pretty hard to talk about without spoiling it for other people who haven't finished it! -

Registered 9 years agoIt was a well made game but I definitely felt like it was a letdown after everything I'd read around the release day. I think I preferred Limbo.
No real spoilers, I've kept it vague, but justi n case people are trying to go in completely blind!
Everything it tried to do it did very well, but I'm just not sure it did enough for me to be more than a novelty. Some of the puzzles (Especially with the lift) were never challenging, they just took a while to complete, during which I was entirely bored. There wasn't enough plot or narrative to keep my interest, particularly in the more puzzle-heavy sections. The bits where you had to be careful what you did were great, as was a lot of the beginning, and obviously nearly all of the end, but it just felt like for such a short game there was quite a lot of filler to pad it out.
Even the other ending is only mildly interesting in an 'oh that's a kind of cool idea' kind of way.
Not sure what I'm missing! -

Yas! 1.2GB too, not a terrible pain on my shitty internet.
Edit - well this is good. And atmospheric. And tense.

Registered 13 years agoEnjoying this loads more than Limbo, which I did think was great incidentally. Fantastic sound and visuals. -
A fascinating world that leaves more questions than it answers. -

Like "what the fuck was that?" and "what the fuck was THAT?" and "what the fuck was any of that entire final sequence?"

I'd say I'm about half way through, think I'll finish it tomorrow

Just finished this. Spectacular game!
Would be nice to hear some opinions on the story once people have finished it. So very confused. -
Not very good at interpreting things, but that was pretty excellent and a fair bit disturbing. Makes me want to play through it again and show my art teacher girlfriend. -

Registered 18 years agoI think I enjoyed the earlier sections where it all dystopian looking and you were running away from people rather than the latter Akira-esque giant blob body horror bit.
I thought the environments were pretty amazing throughout. -

Registered 14 years agoGreat game so far. Really tense moments. The masked guys evoke a sense of fear that I've felt before as a kid watching an episode of sapphire and steel. I can't really recall much about it other than there was a man from a photograph who didn't have a face. Think he may have been a soldier whistling "pack up your troubles". Any way, that sense of fear has always been left locked in my sub conscious somewhere, a scary figure that you can't put a face to. Any game that can evoke a feeling from long past is something special. -

Obviously, I've completed the game. It started out really well and grabbed me, but I think it lost momentum by being too easy. Then again, maybe the difficulty isn't the point. Maybe the ambiguity of game world and ending was the point? I've only seen the normal ending, by the way.
WTF?!
