Few articles saying it's coming to PS4 this month

Highly likely as PS4 trophies are shown on the Exophase site.

Definitely a good move, as I'm surprised there ain't more people played it on here. Supposedly meant to be one of the those games that you must absolutely play. But suppose the PS4 version will give it much more exposure it apparently deserves.

@FrostPan But it's on Steam, it's not like it was just on Xbox One.

    @Peew971

Was already aware it is also on PC. Should have mentioned it on my previous post. Guessing since it's coming to PS4 now, this thread will be more lively then.

This is a very good game and everyone should play it. Part of me wants a version with developer commentary and another part thinks it should be left as a spectacular example of game craft with a singular, opaque vision.

    So yeah, it's good.

Erm. What a fantastic game. Such a unique and interesting premise. I do feel it is perhaps a little short as I finished it in one sitting. As for the aforementioned secret ending, is that only unlocked by finding the secrets?

It is, but you can collect them using the chapter select.

Definitly an interesting yarn and experience, but I'm not sure I'd whole heartily reccomend it.

It's one of those art house things. If you can really get into a game's atmosphere and world while allowing it to sink in on you from odd angles like a freak show would've, it has enough "Whow" moments to be worthwhile. Otherwise it's all a bit strange and uncomfortable.

The game really had a good impact on me... Without leaving me satisfied if that makes any sense? It's certainly a unique ride. It's sitting in my steam library, giving me a "that happened, I'll remember it, now let's not speak of it again" vibe.

Something to do with biological automatons? Genetically engineered humanoid machines?

    Moral and ethical confusion?
Conservative Authoritarians vs Inevitable Scientific Advance?

An abstract re-imagining of the lonely walk home from the park, after that disorientating first night on the Special Brew?

    Dunno. Enjoyed it though.

Don't bother making sense of it. All I know it was suitably climactic enough. Did it leave and impact / did you enjoy it?

It's probably not worth playing if you've already watched somone else play it, no.

I bought this today, it's wonderful. I finished Limbo a while back so when I saw this on the store I figured even though it was 16, it'd be money well spent.

The little creepy water girl can fuck right off. What a game though.

Yeah the only minor stumbling block for me. Just finished it though, love, love, loved it. I like the simplistic controls, the fabulous art style, the zero hud/tutorial/waypoints etc..

AND WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT!?

I liked the bit where you copy the others guys :) my jumps were totally on beat.

    10/10

I finished this last night - what a fantastic game - oozing atmosphere, looks brilliant and shows what can be achieved despite simplistic gameplay inputs and no explicit story telling!

It's certainly one of those really memorable games - not least for the gory deaths and the final 'blob' section

I've just got to grab a few of those missing orb things to get the proper, 'true' ending.

    Highly recommended.

Wow, just played and finished this over a 3 day stretch.

This is what games are about for me.

    Illusive, atmospheric, rewarding, ambiguous.

Got this in the xmas steam sale and for a 4 hour game it was pretty much perfect. Loved everything about it. The creepy water girl was brilliantly done and the sound design in the shockforce section was brilliant.

    A very memorable game indeed.

Took a short video of the beginning in 3440x1440 as it looked amazing in 21:9

Started this today... um... fucking hell. I thought Limbo was sinister. This is next level creepy. The first few times the boy gets shot were really, really horrible.

    Got me totally engrossed though.
