This continued "BOTH sides should stop with the posturing to get a deal done", coming from Tories and opposition alike, really is doing my head in.

There's only one side who engages in that sort of behaviour and it ain't the EU.

We have a collective responsibility that society is such that that level of engagement with politics actually influenced an ejection and arguably a nation

It's genuinely impossible to imagine the press even now laying into Boris for the heinous act of sarniecide.

He'd even get a pass for the Ed Stone.

    I voted for Ed.

Remember when people said he was too far left?

    Then we had Corbyn.

Ugh, Milliband's joy in beating an infant makes him look like Partridge dancing around when he's talking about Pat Farrell's demands and joking during the siege in Alpha Papa

EU not fucking around with their response to the UK's bullshit:

    https://twitter.com/GuyReuters/status/1305483278107979787

Reuters Exclusive: The EU is set to delay a decision on allowing City of London clearing houses to continue clearing euro transactions for EU-based clients due to concern over Britain's plan to breach its Brexit divorce settlement, a derivatives industry source said.
Just fyi - UK is by far the biggest foreign exchange market in the world - 43% of the global market (more than double NY - 16% - the closest rival).
Might as well set fire to the city of London if they don't get that sorted out, because it'll be a fucking ghost town.

Dominic Cummings has briefed MPs that Johnson's "genius move" will force the EU to build economic/technical borers at Irish Republic ports if they don't want to reestablish intra-Irish border.

The idea is, this will force Ireland (& thus ultimately the EU) to concede.

Haha, fuck that. Everyone was told no deal was an option. If you voted for Brexit anyway its solely your fault.

I'm pretty certain an EEA Brexit would've got through Parliament pretty easily. Alas neither May nor Corbyn were up for it.
