    It's not listed in the article's diagram, but our exports to everywhere else barely changed. So yeah, clearly COVID!

    This should further help British exports and British driving jobs.

    When I think back the the Scottish independence referendum. I was living in Glasgow at the time and I remember that we were sent a book/guide called "Scotland's future, a guide to a independent Scotland".

    It was hundreds of pages thick and covered how a Independent Scotland would work. Important information, like the case for independence, the economy, national security, education and welfare etc. My memory is a little hazy but I'm sure that we didn't even ask for a copy, it was just delivered.

    So the point I'm trying to make is, even though it was pro leave information, we were sent a book full of info and a plan. Yet Brexit was a slogan on a bus. Crazy.

    Truly the party of business. Love the bit from the spokesperson for the MP essentially calling the guy a liar.

    I have a hard time believing stuff like this. It's almost too perfect.

    Iíve tried to do a bit of fact checking on it, but the only organisation carrying it is the Daily Express, which is hardly a ringing endorsement

    While I have no sympathy for people in that situation, they also voted to stop Brits doing it in the future so fuck them.

    My father in law just got residency (and voted out). I'm gutted as I'd have laughed in his gammony face had they denied his application.

    I don't know, I think this is just down to the stupidity of the people involved rather than Brexit. I think here some selective eugenics would be in order. Or arrest them all, stick them in a gym and let them duke it out.

    @Dougs

    That thread makes it look as if current events in NI were clearly predictable and Boris is now feigning shock and surprise because he is a lying, despicable slug. But that can't be the case.

    United Ireland is trending on twitter. Along with an independent Scotland, I think a united Ireland is a suitable legacy for Brexit.

    I think a complete separation of the union would still be handwaved away as 'its was worth it'.

    I don't doubt some of that is true, but it's also true that Brexit will have given some people all the excuses they need.

    It's no coincidence is it, that when the tories are in charge we end up with civil unrest. Possibly because they shit on so many people. Cunts.

    Wouldn't be happening if Brexit hadn't (particularly the version we ended up with), so it's hard to argue that it's unrelated.
