Or a tenner for 30 days which is a bit more reasonable. Looks like my early renewal last week gets me around it for 2 years though I think that is comparable to what I had to pay to get Japan roaming on a South Korean sim contract back in 2013 so not ridiculous.

I wouldn't be surprised to now see all of the companies do similar though.

Someone should make a list of all the project fear stuff that's come true vs the Brexit side's promises.

I got into a minor argument the other day that brexit isnt a total disaster because nobody put a timetable on any of the fantasyland promises vote leave made. Fishing, farming, Northern Ireland, the lot. The dividends were always intended to be reaped by our grandchildren.

That said, saving £350m a week has probably added up since the start of the year. 24 weeks = £8,400,000,000.

It would be amazing to think they were the first group ever to not vote in their own interest but to vote based on a benefit they think we’d get when they’re long dead.

The thing is with brexit supporters they will act like fanboy and change their view and act like it was never going to benefit us until 50 years later but they were no doubt saying we would get massive benefits straight away. What ever you say they will have a cunty smug answer to defend it, like blaming EU for everything because its not their fault or its "remoaners" talking down brexit innit?

and there is this great story

If you're not driving a Mini with the flag engraved into the rear lights, you're a damned commie traitor.

I'm sure there was probably some leeway as an EU member state...

I'm clueless, I thought people just chose to use them.
    Why do you need them?
Is it to do with driving on the other side?

It's to indicate the country that the vehicle is registered in

I might be wrong but I think there's a requirement to have the country of origin displayed, but now many number plates have that incorporated so the stickers aren't always necessary.

That's why you have all the "ecosse" stickers, basically "je ne suis pas un rosbif" stickers

You need to indicate the country where the vehicle is registered if you're abroad. This can be on your licence plate or this can be a sticker.

There is the GB in the licence plate but according to that article the thing is that from September UK plates will no longer have GB but UK on them. So, if you want to drive in Europe you'll need to get new plates or have a UK sticker on your car.

I've driven my Swiss car around France, Austria, Germany, Italy etc. for years and never known it was required.

    Holy fucking shit...

The UK is liable to pay €47.5 billion to the EU as part of its post-Brexit financial settlement, @rtenews has learned.
