Registered 12 years agoI find it amazing how people bash this game. Granted, the MP P2P is shit but at its core you have one of the greatest, if not the greatest fighting game ever made!
Who cares about microtransactions - don't use them/ earn some f*cking steel
People gank you or generally kick your arse - pick a character, learn the moveset, become competitive
Games disconnect - Try growing up when Atari was all the rage, or when you bought a CASSETTE and prayed it would load...more than once
Seriously, what is wrong with players' attention span? Three months and we're off to pastures new?
I do expect the core userbase to remain, regardless. Those that appreciate its subtleties will stick by it. I'll be playing it for a long time to come.
Let's just hope Ubisoft don't completely lose the plot and start introducing cowboys & indians next, or maybe T-1000s and John Rambos!

From what I've seen, I'd say the Warden is by far the best all-round character and fairly easy to get the hang of.gif)

The connections are atrocious. I've just tried to play three games, everyone one disconnected well before the end due to people leaving and it not being able to re-sync.
Seems as bad as people reported at launch. -

Registered 15 years agoHa! Unplayable for me in Beta. Couldn't connect 75% of the time. Game insisted I had a NAT problem, despite being wired to the router and in the DMZ.
Cool concept, shame Ubisoft were the ones to implemented it. -

I have owned the game on Xbox since launch but the disconnection issue has been there since day one.
They will add dedicated servers but FFS. Played 4 games earlier and THEY ALL dropped in the last 10 seconds because we were winning. -
I'm jot even going to bother with the free trial. Sounds like it's just a garbage fire. -
I got this earlier as it's on £19.99 sale I think it's pretty good and its quite satisfying pulling off a nice combo to end the opponent.
