Not even that bothered about the wires tbh, that's a bonus. They improve the performance and resolution of the goggles though - so I can replay all my existing VR games with that boost - I'm in, day one.

Wires are annoying, it's more of a problem on Vive because you turn away from the camera a lot more often.

    Hai guys!

Iím sure this hasnt been asked before so hopefully itíll be useful to others too.

What ar the best PSVR games to play? 😄😄😄

Hilarity aside, I can google the obvious candidates and have bought Astrobot, but are there any less obvious games that get overlooked, particularly for a beginner? Or just download all the free shitz?

I think there are two or three demo 'discs' you can download now that have demos for a lot of the good stuff. I'd say start there and trawl around all the different options.

    Oh... one more thing...

    FUCKING EAGLE FUCKING FLIGHT.

    That is all.

Itís a weird hazy future with a weird grid in front of everything, but OK.

Just played Moss. Boy, I can really see how VR can draw you in in a way that flat stuff canít quite match.
First signs of feeling-weirdness though, going to walk the dog.

The first few weeks are a magical, weird time. It does fade though sadly.

I dunno. Some games still blow me away whenever I get back to them.

Oh, buy wipeout, by the way. And Rez. And beat saber... actually, forget that last one unless you already have the moves.

I remember when I first got the Vive, I started seeing 3d in reality in things that I shouldn't. Like when watching TV I'd see it in 3d, must really fuck with your head hehe! Now it's no bother, still amazing but a pain to set up, PSVR is the best for it though.

I can see if fading already, as a glass 1/4 full type person. I guess it becomes solely (and once again) about the quality of the games at that point which is where it might peter out.

Started with Moss, properly enchanting. Then Astrobot, tiny stomach lurch the first time I moved forward, but fine after that. Will need to work up to the big boy stuff like Wipeout I think.

Does anyone use lense protectors with these things?

If you can handle scary stuff RE7 is a must. It's utterly terrifying in VR. The Persistence is worth picking up cheap as well.

Any kind of movement will fuck with you to begin with, it passes (for most people). And no lens protectors shouldn't be needed, the only time you'll ever be touching them is to clean them.

Still need to grow a pair and play RE7 in VR. I got into the house, had a poke around and then decided to play Wipeout. That feeling of being there makes the whole thing incredibly uncomfortable.

I got some because I found my glasses were running on the lens.

I played the opening tutorial where you move around an empty room and nothing happens. I could barely keep control of my anus at that point so I didn't bother starting the game.

I did the whole game in VR, because I'm a super-stud, and you're all octowussies.
