@arsenalherd some great suggestions already and not sure what else is in the Mega Pack but some of my faves are:

Firewall: Zero Hour (can play with DS4 but better with Aim)
    Beat Saber (need Moves though)
    Thumper

Keep talking and nobody explodes - Vital game for playing with mates, really fun.

Astrobot is amazing, as is the VR rollercoaster horror game?

I have a strong feeling everybody's golf and Beat Saber are probably essentials but haven't played them myself.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet, at least not for PSVR. Should be able to have a look tonight.

I've found my VR Achilles heel. Any game pretty much where standing up is mandatory.

Felt genuinely ill as fuck the other night when playing tha Bar Sports thingy.

I'm ok with Beat Saber but that's about it.

Yeah fair enough, things look a huge amount better on the pro. Can see why people are struggling with NMS if they're used to this.

It's surprised me a bit to be honest. All of the pixels are gone.

I wonder if thatís why you seemed happier with no mans sky. Itís just so much worse visually than every other PS4 pro be game Iíve played

Unplayable is NMS on my Valve Index and AMD FX with 980 Ti. It judders all over the place. Took me about 3 seconds to remember why I game on console.

They kind of all look like that on standard PS4.

Headmaster looks great thanks to the Pro patch. Finally managed to finish the main game as well.

Is there anything decent in the Halloween sale? Haven't had a chance to look.

That's been running for a little bit already, hasn't it? Should've been clearer - was more wondering if anything new was added with this new sale.

I don't remember seeing anything, so if there are additions I don't think they were notable.

I bought Moss which is alright I guess. Probably would have had more of an impact if I'd played it before Astrobot.

I think I played a demo of The Persistence. Seemed pretty good, if it's the one I'm thinking of.

    @Ror

Apparently the demo didn't do it justice, and the main game is supposedly excellent...

I say apparently as I've played neither demo or game due to a pre-existing backlog!

The persistence is good but suffers from being a procedural generated rogue thing. A proper single player story game(Deadspace basically) would have been amazing, as it is it's just "good". Definitely worth picking up if you're balls are big enough for it though.

Oh right, yeah - I think it was the whole procgen/roguelike thing that put me off at the time.

You'd barely notice the rouglelike aspect of it.

Nah. Decks is correct, it spoils it. To what extent it does that depends on what kind of gamer you are. For me, it totally ruined it; I do still get bouts of nausea and can't stomach the later runs, which require you to be hooked up to the psvr for far too long (for me). If there was some sort of save state (the way From do it), then it would be fine. As it was, forcing me to play until I could save my progress completely put me off.

@arsenalherd glad you liked it - itís brilliant and a perfect showcase for what VR is really good at.

Iím pretty hooked on Firewall at the moment - not normally my type of game but VR really brings it to life.
