    @Decks

    Are the VR levels any good? The last Ace Combat game I played was on a demo disk, and I spent all of my time in that trying to fly upside under bridges.

    There's 3 missions IIRC and they're good. The whole game is good, in fact.

    Pro-tip for Ace Combat VR: mute the in-game soundtrack and play the Top Gun soundtrack via Spotify on a loop.

    For an 80s child, finding myself in the cockpit of an F-14 (in my head anyway), throttling back to launch off an aircraft carrier with Harold Faltermeyer's theme blaring was trouser tighteningly special.

    Much like the film though, the first four minutes are the best (and well worth 7).

    Once I'd done several Top Gun opening credits style take-offs, buzzed the tower whilst listening to Mighty Wings and engaged the enemy whenever Danger Zone kicked in, I was basically done with it. Found the missions a bit boring and had little interest in 2D after experiencing the 3D.

    As a VR 'wow' moment generator though it's one of the absolute best.

    I was on the fence about this but as I have psvr and it is cheap I will give it a go.

    @muddyyfunster that's exclusive but on the pc is project wingman, early access but basically the same thing, high frills jet fighting.
