Cheers for all the advice guys. Finally got it up and running last night using Pipex, and boy it's fast. I'm well pleased.

Broadband, if only.

I live in Cardiff and can't get it. 2 1/2 miles from the city centre and I'm too far from an exchange! No cable in my street either. What a 3rd world country this is.

Having said that, my old home in Cheddar couldn't get it either. Guess I'll have to trade up to a broom cupboard of a flat in the South East so I can 'benefit.'

Broadband is handy. But it's nothing special as u will come to understand. Its just a fast connection. Once you use it for a few months you'll be wanting a faster connection.

And no matter what connection u have, if your watching live tv and the server is busy it's gonna run like shit.

To me the great thing about broadband is that it stays on which is a real plus and P2P software is more enjoyable!
