Previously, on EG Mystery Gift Advent Calendar: EG Mystery Gift Advent Calendar 2014 The Mystery Gift Advent Calendar 2016 has started!!! What is this? An advent calendar, but with video games instead of sugary shite! Why should I join in? Maybe you missed out on this year's Secret Santa and you do not want to be left out of the gift giving fun? Or maybe you joined the Secret Santa and you can not wait to Christmas day to open a gift? Or maybe you need to bolster the sales of your personal game of the year by buying it for a fellow forumite. What do I need? A Steam account and a Steam transferable gift! This means console only peeps are out in the cold this winter, but it's not too late for them to see the light and join us by the fire (which in this context is the massive heat radiating from MONSTER RIGS)!  How much should I spend on a gift? There is no minimum spend - but people will know if you totally cheap out, so don't be that guy/gal! Joking aside, all gifts welcome. It's that giving time of year!Am I guaranteed to get a gift in return? Yes. Can I contribute multiple gifts? Yes, but you'll only be guaranteed one gift in return. What will happen to excess gifts? They will be given away to randomly selected people on Boxing Day. How do I send my gift(s) to you? All gifts should be sent to our helper EG_Super_Gift_Bot, you can find her on Steam. Please add her as a friend and send her your gift(s). Please make sure to choose the "Purchase as a gift" option at the Steam store checkout. Also feel free to use gifts you already have in your gift inventory. Anything else I should do? PRO TIP: Update your Steam Wish List so that Super Gift Bot has an idea on what sort of games you prefer! Registered 17 years agoPost in here if you're interested in signing up. What might also be useful is a vague idea of your PC's specs. May be able to do some fudgery to make sure people playing on MacBooks and Windows laptops don't get something they won't be able to play.

Registered 17 years agoTo bolster the gift inventory I'll be emptying out my old Humble Bundle and Humble Monthly games that I already had, so in addition to actual Steam Gifts EG_Super_Gift_Bot may well be messaging out codes and/or links.
If anyone else wanted to do likewise, drop me or the bot a message. -
