    @One_Vurfed_Gwrx

I love the films but felt the TV show dragged on and ended up getting bored.

Heard somewhere it's been commissioned for a second season but don't see how it's going offer up anything profoundly different.

Saw on my FB feed that Season 3 of Start-Up has started on Prime now. Not seen it yet but definitely will do in the next few days. One of my favourite series in recent years - definitely give it a watch if you haven't already.

Marvellous Mrs Maisel season 2 is up on Amazon. I'm a couple of episodes in and it's ok so far, but it's not grabbing me like the first one did.

Totally agree. Seems to get very little love, which is a shame.

It really is. Best series I've watched in a long time.

I'm halfway through S4 of Vikings and am losing interest. :-/

I thought it was great, well worth a watch especially if the subject matter is of interest.

Mentioned loads of times no doubt, very late to the party, but just finished the second season of Patriot.

Excellent show, defies categorisation or if-you-like-that-youíll-like-this type comparisons.

The rock paper scissors scene, oh my.

Started watching Buffy yesterday, I haven't seen it in years.

Still holds up reasonably well, apart from I can't help noticing every actor is in their mid 20s at least. Fuck, Xander looks like a 40 year old playing a 16 year old.

It's great. It starts a bit slow but becomes one of the best dramas of recent years.

Agree, The last season, when he is a construction worker he really looks out of place,

Charisma Carpenter and Eliza Dushku...two stunning brunettes!!!! still so hot.

Heh, I've been watching Angel. It's not bad but some of the emo stuff and teenage angst is excruciating. I still fancy Charisma Carpenter as much as teenage me did though.
Amazon fucked up the timings on season 1 though, the player kept trying to move on to the next episode while the current one still had a few minutes left, they only give you 3 seconds warning before it kicked in. And once I'd watched all of season 1 it just disappeared from my watch list, no season 2 recommendation or anything. I had to manually go find it. Amazon's interface really is shit.

Just started watching that 'Jean Claude Van Johnson'. Two episodes in, and loving it.

Enjoyed the book and enjoyed the show too. I'm very apprehensive of season too though bearing in mind all the trials and tribulations it's been through. Hopefully it's good.

As much as I love the book and liked the first series, I'm thinking of bailing on this as there's absolutely no way it's going to make it to the end.

@nickthegun I almost don't mind that, as the story is already complete in book form. Think it was pretty brave of them to try, and I'm sure I'll enjoy whatever is left that they manage to produce.
