Need opinion on Gaming Laptop Asus gl502vm

Hi there,

I am looking to purchase a new gaming laptop and I am hesitating between the Acer predator 15 and the asus gl502vm (both with the new pascal gtx 1060).

Everything seems perfect with the predator (apart from it being a behemoth but as long as it fits in my bag), however the asus is cheaper and lighter.

Does anyone own the gl502vm, and if so, is it true that it overheats quite a lot. And if possible could you inform me what the average battery life time is for normal tasks such as movies.
