@LelandPalmer the Pro controller is really nice. Would recommend.

Although if you want 4 player at some point, it might be more cost effective to just buy another set of joy cons.

    Good point. Hello yellow joycons

The pro controller is nice but the dpad is hideously compromised. I'd go for another set of joycons.

    Hey guys,

I will join the Switch legion this October when Odyssey releases. Since I am an fanatical eshop downloader (currently new 2ds xl) I expect to behave the same when buying Switch games(ie: mostly digital).

Do you have any updated tips on what kind of micro sd card is the way to go if I will probably download a lot of indie games and at least 4-10 first party games the coming years?

Also, that is what most of you do right? Getting digital versions because it makes playing them mobile more practical?

This is the way I went. I think I got 120GB for about £35 or something. I reckon that'll do what you want pretty comfortably.

100% digital isn't the cheapest way to do it but the convenience is amazing. I just wish you could have more than one Switch on the same account and download the same games to both.

@You-can-call-me-kal That sounds like good news for my wallet. I expected more like 200 gig+ cards.

    @Dr-Strangelove thanks!

Anyone tried any new accessories to add to the standing list of recommendations? We're missing dock alternatives.

    SCREEN PROTECTOR
I think it's fair to say that this is considered to be far the best screen protector.

    Orzly Tempered Glass Screen Protector:
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Screen-Protector-Nintendo-Switch-Tempered/dp/B01N9RG3XS/

    CARRY CASES
Various carry cases. Some are bigger than others.

    Orzly Carry Case:
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Orzly-Carry-Compatible-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B01NAUKS62

Younik Upgrade Version Hard Travel Carrying Case:
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B06XSYL18F/

Nintendo Switch Deluxe Travel Case - Zelda (Grey)
    https://www.coolshop.co.uk/product/nintendo-switch-deluxe-travel-case-zelda-grey/AG6UX2?ic=user_histories-AG6UX2

    Gioteck Premium Storage Carry Case
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01MYCRSG3

    POWER BANK
There are a variety of Anker Power banks available such as:

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/d/Cell-Phone-Portable-Power-Bank-Chargers/Anker-PowerCore-20100-Capacity-Powerful-PowerIQ-Technology/B00VJSGT2A

    STANDS

Nintendo Switch Stand, Lamicall Foldable Tablet Stand : Desktop Stand Holder Dock for Nintendo Switch:
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MA4RAQF

Note that this stand partially blocks some of the vents so it could reduce cooling.

    An alternative is:

    HORI Switch Compact PlayStand
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/HORI-Switch-Compact-PlayStand-Nintendo/dp/B01N9RTMWS

    JOYCON GRIPS

Orzly Grips compatible with Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons for Extra Comfort
Other versions of this basically seem the same so buy the cheapest ones.

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/compatible-Nintendo-Switch-Joy-Cons-Comfort/dp/B071HM7CQM

2 Pack Nintendo Switch Grip Kits:
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B071CJ5HPZ

Gioteck Duo Grips for Nintedo Switch Joy-Cons

I collated recommendations from users in this thread. I have the Orzly case. It's good but quite big.

@rice_sandwich Do you mean deep? Because it looks the right height and width to hold a Switch, not sure how it could be any smaller.

Yes, that's what I meant. On the plus side I've dropped it a couple of times and the Switch has been fine.

Just purchased a memory card for the switch. ~£40 for 128GB.
There are Nintendo Switch branded variants of the same sandisk cards for a premium (+50%) price.
Has anyone had any experience of these?

Anyone care to make a portable charging battery recommendation? I've got a transatlantic flight coming up and I'd like to spend a good chunk of it on my Switch

Something made by Anker (insert your own joke), that matches your price point.

Speaking of peripherals etc, anyone used the Samsung fast charger with the the switch? Is it going to blow it up? (I know it's probably OK, but thought I'd double check...)

Anyone kickstart that Pelda thing? Itís a battery pack that acts as a dock and has regular hdmi out? Getting sick of taking the dock and adapter everywhere, but I donít trust kickstarters.
