I must say I've MANY concerns but am still sliding down the buy side of the fence on my Switch pre-order & have have yet to cancel. I've zero interest in anything other than Breath of The Wild that has yet been announced (at least that we'll see anytime soon) am worried about battery life, game/peripheral cost, size/usability of the Joy con's, third party support going forward, peripheral ergonomics/build quality etc (the list goes on & ON!) BUT am still interested.. go figure! Anyone else here?.. please help me feel a little better! |

Registered 8 years agoYeah i've pre-ordered. Zelda day one, and for me at least plenty to look out for in the immediate launch months. (Fast, Arms, a few multi plat indies depending on performance/portability like Shovel knight, Rime, I am setsuna amongst a few others. Hopefully Lego city will come sooner than later as well as i missed that. So for me at least i can see getting use out of it.
Hope there is a os/online direct before launch. -

I work all day at a desk so pc gaming has lost its appeal. Neither of the current consoles have anything I really want and I haven't bought a console on release since the SNES. -

Registered 16 years agoI've pre-ordered a Grey console and Zelda Limited Plastic Sword edition from GAME (where there isn't much money to save buying elsewhere thanks to some reward points I had), and Bomberman R from Shopto as I had some credit to put towards it.
I also plan on buying a Pro Controller, a Neon Joycon pack, 1 2 Switch, Just Dance 2017, a Charging Grip, a case of some description, maybe Neon straps for the Joy Cons and probably Skylanders because the character creator lets you play as Dog-faced Knight
None of that feels like stuff I want day one though, so that'll just be when I can get them. No need to get everything immediately after all, I'll be happy with a couple of game and the console to start with.

Registered 16 years agoIf I may ask, why 2 Pro Controllers? I take it combined with the Joy Cons you want 4 full controllers in total for 4 player Mario Kart or Bomberman lols? That'd make sense. -

I do need a new tablet but I want one which can run Netflix
