There was a subtitle during the Xenoblade 2 trailer that specifically said English VO's only.

The lack of games and coverage is trivial

Did silentbob ever become one with the mainframe?

The VR market is a little ways down the street, with a tarp for a roof and a sign outside saying "guys really we're the future this time around"

More Nintendo Treehouse tonight. Hopefully we'll see another 3ds reveal. I doubt it'll be anything big but the stilted presenters aside, it works pretty well as a format. I'm more interested in Xenoblade after watching the gameplay. There's a chance I might even play it this time around.

I think the presenters are fine, they lack a bit of professionalism but make up for it with knowledge and enthusiasm and actually aren't hugely annoying.

    @Armoured_Bear

That's true, they could be a lot worse to be fair.

Pretty dull E3 this year I thought. Always going to happen when the best hardware reveal is basically a gimped PC.

Metroid Prime 4 and Evil Within 2 were the unexpected highlights and rumours were swirling about the latter for a while anyway.

Ok, after calming down from the Nintendo conference I have decided that...

    I win E3 \o/

There are about 10-12 games I can't wait to play, my wallet is crying at the thought of the next 6-9 months

Anyone know if Metroid is going to be universally compatible or if its going to be NU 3/2DS only?

    It looked pretty fancy...

Yeah i wondered about that. Got a launch day 3DS. I didn't expect to leave E3 thinking of buying a new 3ds. Thought about one of the new 2D ones, but it seems metroids background work well using the 3d.

I think E3 this year has been a little bit underwhelming. However there were some decent announements with the likes of Monster Hunter World, Shadow Of The Colossus Remake, Skull And Bones, Beyond Good & Evil 2, Assassin's Creed Origins, A Way Out, The Evil Within 2, Wolfenstein 2 and Metroid Prime 4 so in that sense I am not too disappointed.

I am definitely look forward to CODWWII, Sonic Mania/Forces, Super Mario Oydessy, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Uncharted Lost Legacy later this year.

Nintendo and Ubisoft definitely stepped up this year so here's hoping they keep that promise.

Isn't this every console reveal if we are getting technical?

This year I am extreamly underwelmed, have we seen ff7 or re2? Mass Effect Quarian DLC? That ellusive GTA5 DLC? Litterally nothing on my wish list seems of been mentioned, and nothing has got me slightly excited, am I dead inside?

Quite funny seeing all these comments from people that are underwhelmed by e3 only then to list a bunch of games they're looking forward to playing.

I suppose the fact that he only really listed remakes and sequels points to it being a bit of a disappointment.

There's a very long list of games shown that I'm definitely into, so in that sense it's been a really great show. It just hasn't had the big magic spark moments that makes E3 so exciting. MS managed to make a new console feel underwhelming, and the biggest shock was a logo for Metroid Prime 4, literally just a logo.

I suspect the Sony 2015 show has set unrealistic expectations.

@Zomoniac Yeah, I don't necessarily disagree to be fair, the X could have done with a few more big hitters to be announced along side it.

But then I do think there's been more than enough games shown to come away feeling positive about it all, it's going to be another great year with a massive amount to play.

Dunno about everyone else but I saw those in a Electronic Boutique about 20 years ago.

As I predicted before all of the conferences this week. This is Nintendo's year. Current gen AAA devs have lost inspiration. This generation has been more about a battle of hardware grunt rather than what's most important.. Who's got the best games? E3 signified that with a poor offering from both Sony and Microsoft.

Nintendo is proving that having the software in an affordable unique package will lead them through this battle of the highest pixels over the coming years.
Apart from Odyssey what did they show that looked like it had inspiration? Yoshi and Kirby look nice enough but hardly groundbreaking, another anime JRPG, another Dynasty Warriors reskin, a port of Rocket League, a port of Pokken and a not-quite-complete port of FIFA. Rabbids thing looks ok but Nintendo aren't even making that.

Apart from Arms and Odyssey there's still nothing in the way of 2017 exclusives.
