Have Shopto messed up my Switch order? Check yours

I placed an order in January for a grey console, then for various items in the last month. I've had various emails confirming money has been taken etc, but when I look in my orders OR preorders section they are both blank!

I've checked my account details on Shopto and it says my balance is Ł400 and it's allowing me to spend it.

Can anybody else who's ordered from shopto check theirs and let me know what their orders page says?

Just got a text from them saying DPD delivering tomorrow. Ordered on Saturday evening. So all seems in order.
