I was listening to Haddaway, Culture Beat and 2 Unlimited when I reached puberty. A few years later, I was listening to Dimmu Borgir. In hindsight, maybe it was no good idea to reach puberty.

Two songs that I don't recognize immediately but might do if I heard some more of them.

I've lived around 90 percent of them to be released/be radio/tv hits at the time.
I can sing along with about 60 of them.
I own 30 or so in one or another form of media.
And I've seen, um, somewhere between 10 and 20 of them live.

Seems like it's very US centric. There were about 14 there that I didn't recognise but I suspect they were probably bigger hits in America than the UK and Ireland.
