Fuck, I thought he was dead a long time (in fact, I thought he was dead when Pulp Fiction was released). This is crazy, and sad, news to me :eek:

I also wasn't aware he was still alive. Thought he was long gone.

edit: I never cared a lot about him and didn't know what a cunt he was, so I removed my "rest in peace" comment. Seems like the sad thing is that he got so old.
