Tiny brownish-green ladybugs with spots

Maybe sound randomly bizarre but when I googled the above bug topic, it took me to this forum where these bugs had been discussed. But when I got here, registered and went through the topics I quit after page 76 and thought it would be easier to find you all again! I have these bugs in my house. At first I thought they were from outside but now we believe they have to be born inside somewhere, somehow. They stink when you squish them and I swear one got hot between my fingers! I've heard their poison but I'm not sure. Anyone know what and about them?

One time a spider lay a nest in my old piece of shit car in the wheel arch. Somehow about a million of the bastards got into the car itself and I never got into that fucking thing again.

Still gives me nightmares.
