Haven't played PES in a few years but my mates have the PS4 version and it's normally patched the day after release with all official kits and names sorted.
It's always been like that afaik -

Registered 9 years agoThey are files you import via usb. Not just a single file but its quick and easy and look as good as the licensed ones. -
Online coop has me very interested in this. It's pretty much the only mode I play in FIFA. If it performs well then that could tempt me back. -

Registered 15 years agoSo PC version is the same engine as PS4/One and the Xbox One still won't have custom edit files based on info coming out the Barcelona event -

Registered 9 years agoGuys on the winning 11 blog podcast reckon this shits all over 2017. He didnt love 17 but he thinks this one is the business.
New shielding system is brilliant meaning target men can hold the ball up.
Way less on rails feeling than 17 as well.
Graphically miles better.
Just a few of the things he pointed out in the first few minutes. As someone that loved 17 i cant wait to see how much better it is. -

Registered 5 years agoGot to say I picked 17 up the other day for £7.00 and wow it's brilliant. Big FIFA fan but I can imagine this patched with all the kits etc would be huge. -

On the pitch, it's unrivalled. PES17 is probably the best football game I have ever played. There's always another match that plays a different way, a touch that goes well, a pass that is a world beater, a scrappy goal. It has everything you'd want in a football game yet it gets smashed because "kits and that"
I have a mate that is a huge gamer and football fan, season ticket holder at Everton, yet he won't touch Pro Evo because 'yeah but it's Merseyside Blue". No matter how much I explain that it takes just a few minutes to change it, he'd rather play FIFA instead. For me, that's the issue and they'll never convert people no matter how good the on the pitch product is.

Them having individually licensed teams doesn't help either for me. Liverpool/Barca/Dortmund stadiums and players look a step above everything else in the game, especially when you haven't edited in a few kits etc
