    So many games. I don't know what to play through first. I can't be the only one that never really completed any game back in the day? I do remember playing mario kart to death.

    Well unless you got like 2 games a year that you had to save up for.

    I was lucky that my brothers were older, and had paper rounds, bar work etc. I just played whatever they bought. It did mean that I could only play a few hours before they grabbed it off me.

    I only properly started Metroid. It's almost made the silly price seem reasonable already. :-)

    Completed Star Fox last night. Tried the hardest route first but had to bump it down. Good game. Falco can fuck off though.

    This is just a tester for anyone potentially interested.

    Odyssey has me tempted to get a Switch but would rather raise funds than straight out buy. DM me if your interested in a SNES Mini, used once, packaged up as brand new.

    Make me an offer.

    @the_milkybar_kid

    Not really, was there a suggestion I was looking for a silly scalp or looking to make a huge mark up on retail price?

    @Fourwisemen I don't know you, so "make me an offer " could only mean you're looking to make money. Why not offer it at retail price or less given it's used?

    @the_milkybar_kid

    Fair point and that wasnít my intention. Retail price plus postage.

    Itís been switched on once and all original packaging is as new etc. so I think justifies full price.

    Super Metroid is great, although I got stuck on a section with spikes on the ceiling. Then died and forgot to save.

    @the_milkybar_kid I walked away for a bit so isn't it the last 40 seconds?

    @the_milkybar_kid

    Weíre on the same page and itís the reason I offered it on here as I know there are guys/girls that want to get their hands on one and shouldnít need to be at the mercy of e-bay wankers.

    Donít get me wrong, I wouldnít be devastated by a mark up, but I should have been clearer thatís not what I was after.

    Can we just blame all this on MARIO?...

    @Fourwisemen Mate don't worry about it. Luigi is the real evil.

    Is there a console reset command with the controller? My only gripe is not having a finglongerer to hit the reset button with and some games I'm using it more than others. Looking at you contra.

    Have dumped a load more games on it though. Happy days.

    @mad_caddy You can add one using hakchi 2, in fact if you left the settings at default it probably already is installed. Try holding down select & down for 1-2 seconds.

    @nudistpete is this something in the settings then? Just tried it and it didn't work but I'm sure I didn't fiddle with the settings.

    Down and select work for me. Meant all my dumb mistakes in bomberman 2 didn't ruin my progression.

    ISS deluxe, batman returns, all the star wars games, Tetris attack, cybernator, NBA hang time, death of superman, good troop, zombies. Could keep me busy for a long time.

    I'm genuinely surprised at how good so many konami games were in the SNES. I didn't realise how many games they churned out that were fantastic.

    @mad_caddy Konami used to be one of the best, which makes their current incarnation all the more bitter to swallow.

    I remember renting games as a kid, going for a Konami title was pretty much a guarantee you were getting something good

    Err.. I don't have my laptop with me. But there is a menu item along the top of Hakchi where you can add controller hacks - you change the setting there and then there is an option in the same menu to save the settings to the console.

    @nudistpete Cheers mate. I'll try down and select as suggested above, if not I'll have a quick look in the settings.

    Dont miss the chance to play some action film to video game adaptions, some of them are so bad like Cliffhanger or Last Action Hero that I tend to show friends those first.

    Also Tetris Battle Gaiden is great fun in multiplayer, loads of wtf moments when you use the special abilities agaisnt people.

    @mad_caddy Speaking of Konami, don't miss out on Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose - superb game.

    @Trowel I used to play that game when I was a kid. It had great visuals and it was quite challenging. I loved those running and sliding parts. One of my favourites, and there's so much on SNES to fall in love with.
