Digital Spy article says that he's working on an idea with his usual writer-collaborator. Wonder if that means Bond 25 finally being written by someone outside the same few who have written the last ten.

Doubt the studio will let him off the leash. Batman has seen more reinvention in a dozen movies than Bond has in twice as many. I'm not expecting to get dance music, dream sequences or voiceovers.

It’s officially official with Danny Boyle directing Danial Craig. They’ve got rid of the 2 screenwriters that have been doing the films for what seems like forever. Time for a change.

Goes into production in December and is out in the UK in October 2019, 2 weeks ahead of the US release.

They’ll probably get the casting complete and then do a press conference where they reveal the title of the film and whatever new car Bond will be driving etc.

Love Boyle, but let's hope he's learnt from Trance...

I’m happy with the Danny Boyle/John Hodge combo, they’ve worked on some classics and I’m a big fan of their movies.

Boyle is an excellent storyteller and I think his shooting style will suit Bond nicely. After Spectre things can only improve and Boyle taking the job makes me very optimistic.

Was reading some of the Nik Nak stuff above and had a thought. Peter Dinklage could make an awesome Bond villain.

Rumour is that they were going for a female villain. Some site stating its the first time they’ll have some this which is incorrect. So wouldn’t trust them but they may do that anyway. Don’t care so long as it’s a decent actress and the role is well written.

Never happen but I would like to see Christian Bale as Scaramanga.

Yeah didn’t World Is Not Enough have a woman as the baddie?

I quite liked that one although I think I’m in the minority.

Mark Strong tweeting a while back that he’d been working out hard for the new Bond film and his tweet disappeared not long after.

Fuck it bring in Michael Bay, the last film was a tad rapey and that's Bay's forte really, well that and ass shots. Maybe he can bring in Martin Lawrence as Bond's odd couple partner.

Excellent director but not really sure how much it matters who directs these movies. At least it'll probably look nice.

This has got to be a joke... maybe it's for some spin-off Bond films for kids.
