I bet they have feminazi-only screenings of it as well.

I've read all the posts and I still can't find a reason to give a shit. What exactly is the problem here?
Would it make more sense if I knew what lord of the flies is/was?

To be fair, Mary Berry is quite sexy in a certain light.

Well from what I often hear from my female friends, if the world were all women there would be no fighting and no war. That's all the men folk that do that. So obviously this film will end with them all living in a beautiful Utopia. Right?

No, the very first piece A is being remade by person/company B with a cast of mainly/exclusively women.

There may not be any fighting, but every few weeks there would be some very intense negotiations. /Robin Williams

I think if you're upset by the idea of it then you're a stupid crybaby who probably wets the bed and the only woman you've ever spoken to in real life is your mum

If the novel is about patriarchal power structures, then it might be interesting to see what happens, what asserts itself when those structures are taken away.

Of course, it might not be interesting at all, might be a bit rubbish. But it's not an *inherently* rubbish idea.

Would you like to wish good luck on those making the new Justice League film?

I think I instinctively vomited a little at the mention of Man of Steel.

Your point being? Apologies - no, not really - for making a verbose reply to a fucking 6 page long debate.

Weird choices in some parts. Glad they realised nobody could better James Earl Jones as Mufasa, but Whoopi Goldberg should have also made the come back imo.
