Yes, I bought a Dell Alienware as my second PC (Well, laptop), took 6 days for them to actually send it out, which is fine, it clearly takes them six days to send a prebuilt machine thats been sat in a warehouse, it's still within the 7 days they told me. I rang the CS last night and they confirmed it would be sent tonight to arrive tomorrow, bang on time. My tracking number finally comes through (only by repeatedly refreshing on their website, no email, no text message) and the fucking thing is getting sent from China! and my ETA has changed to the 18th. I'm in no mad rush for the machine but what winds me up is their bullshit shipping estimates when they know the laptops are coming from a different continent, whats the point in telling customer a load of bollocks? Upon a lot of googling it seems most if not all their outlet stuff now comes from China and they send it in bulk, which explains the wait.
