Why freak out and delete? Just asking as I'm curious, seems odd to do so. |

@Rivuzu fuck knows, I get a moment of clarity that says, you have more important things to be doing then reading about/talking about/playing games so remove all temptation to do any of those things. This last about 3/4 hours before i realise that without this distractions my life is pretty boring and i stick my head back in the sand. -

Registered 8 years agoI can't actually think of any cheap bosses other than Shao Khan. I don't think I've ever been so frustrated in my life. Literally had to spam Raiden's torpedo move seven hundred times. -

What he said. I don't see people who bang on about football all day or talk endlessly about all the boxsets they've watched having this existential crisis, like what you like, enjoy it.

Also I agree with Shao Khan except I used Sheeva's stomping attack over and over and over to beat him since he couldn't block it. The fact they actually programmed in a 'make the AI dumber' thing in there. Not sure if it's true but apparently every time he laughs or taunts it ratchets down his AI a notch to slowly make him more stupid the more attempts you take at him. -

I remember a lot of moaning about that Russian mob boss guy in Alpha Protocol, although I finished him on my first try somehow.
And while not quite a boss per se the grand finale of HL2 EP2 stopped me from actually finishing the game. The combination of enemy types and ways to kill them, having to rush from group to group in the buggy and being on a timer in general made me give up and watch the ending on YouTube; it all felt so needlessly convoluted.
That's coming from someone who played HL2 from start to finish about a dozen times. -

What's that? You buffered more than the exact commands for a three hit combo? Auto countered for half your life. -

Registered 8 years agoAlpha 152 from DoA4. Cheapass as they come.
Oh and any boss in the original Dead Rising. That boss in the car park with the bombs still gives me nightmares.
