    The health ones definitely stack, so I don't know why the attack power ones wouldn't.

    Cool. Might be good then.

    Just had a fucking epic fight that started with a flying leap attack off a building to stab a leader in the face, blew up the next 3 with one sticky bomb and then perfectly parried the last 2. I was even in the right fucking stance for god's sake!

    That heavenly strike is beautiful.

    Iíve just done Castle Kaneda so I assume I must be moving on to act 2.

    Still got loads of the first area to uncover though. Debating whether or not to go clear out some more camps but I donít really feel under levelled. It just doesnít feel right to move on with so much left undone!

    Move on you can always go back. There is too much content tbh and you may get a bit burnt out if you 100 percent act 1. You will also be overlevelled for the rest of the game.

    Also if you're talking about the red camps that have just popped up they're part of a mission in Act 2 to unlock something.

    No I was talking about a few already on there (e.g. Azamo bay) and large parts of 1st area.

    Iíll push on.

    Much better now I'm getting better at parrying. I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to flick between four stances later on. Just got the third one. I'm finding it mainly manageable by using shield and sword stance respectively, and just parrying the spear twats.

    I've hardly done anything up top left of the map either. And I've just done all the side quests I have. So it's either explore some more, get more side quests or push on with the last quest of the main quest to get into kaneda.

    I'd push on, but I *like* being overleveled and I really want to at least get the sword fully upgraded. Done the Ronin armour and happy with skill progress so I might just do the sword and then fuck off.

    I'm really enjoying stabbing people in this after finally managing to get some time with it. How is fast travel so fucking quick???

    Yeah it's decent whizzing about isn't it. I barely get a chance to view the tips before it's loaded

    @quadfather

    That top left portion of the map is what is unexplored for me as well.

    I think Iíve done 4 mythic quests and a load of side quests and none took me up that way.

    @robc84

    The only thing that took me up there was masoko's questline but my OCD of finding stuff will probably make me go back. I *have to upgrade that bastard sword!

    @Decks

    Or is it a double bluff as you felt bad about spoiling the yeti?

    There had better be a bloody yeti.

    There is.

    Possibly.

    Or not.

    Or is there?

    I'm about to land a fuck off massive army on Tsushima in my co-op Total War Shogun 2: Fall of the Samurai campaign. Rather more sabre cavalry and parrott guns than you see in GoT, mind you.

    I finished it over the weekend, with the platinum trophy (which is rare for me).

    I enjoyed it a lot. The island looked great, the combat was really enjoyable and as i said previously, the little touches that tie the game to the setting were really really cool.

    For a sandbox style game though, i don't think enough was done to differentiate missions from one another and break up the core stealth, combat and tracking mechanics... at least not outside of the main questlines.

    When i think back to the last few Grand Theft Autos, almost every mission had some unique little flourish. I would have liked a bit more of that, but all in all this is a solid high 8 out of 10.

    I would say inFAMOUS 2 remains the studio's best game though.

    If there is not, then there should be.

    Just finished this myself tonight, not got all the trophies but liberated the whole island so that's good enough for me. Did all the quests, tales, side, mythic everything.

    Absolutely loved it all the way through, loved the controls, exploring, stories, characters,the different regions of the island, probably the most fun I've had in an open world for ages, maybe even since GTA 3!

    Looking forward to seeing the MP stuff now, will definitely revisit it when that's released.

    I was a bit surprised that at the end you didn't get the option to just submit or something. With the Mongols (effectively) defeated it seems that the Ghost would only be the cause of more unrest and Jin valuing his own life over the stability of the land felt kind of weird.

    I liked the little model Colossus, Car & Tall Neck models:)

    It was a bit odd for me as I'd already liberated the whole island before the ending, so the whole defeat the remaining mongols post game objective doesn't make much sense.

    Iíve been tucking into this since Friday, thanks to Frogofdoom. Fairly thoroughly rinsed Act One already but not pushing on the main thread just yet.

    Itís janky. As fuck. AA production values all round. But by fuck when it works, it works. When the art direction and the technical lighting and the music and the Samurai pose all hit in the same moment itís absolutely jaw dropping.

    For the rest itís a very standard AssCreed-like with some nice smoothing of sharp edges but few ideas of its own. Take away the setting and I doubt Iíd be enjoying it as much.

    But it has the setting. Canít wait to get stuck back in.

    Also: it sounds like itís killing my OG PS4.

    Janky? Really? I think we have a completely different opinion of what is janky.
