I can't get 5* +1. I can get it on the TV in the living room, but upstairs no. I had a freeview box and couldn't get it on there, I just bought a new digital HD TV and can't get it on there either. I can't understand why I can't get it on the upstairs TV. I checked the signal strengh of the channels I have and they are all 10/10 for strengh

5* +1 is on the COM8 multiplex which has much patchier coverage than most of the other multiplexes.

Do you get any of the following channels, which are on the same multiplex?

40 Rocks and Co
55 5STAR+1
86 More4 1
95 Freesports
96 Forces TV
111 QVC HD
112 QVC Beauty HD
