Why would anyone care about that? They're just doing everything they can with no thought on how to tie it up or make people interested. Suicide Squad didn't work. Registered 17 years agoIt made $745 million worldwide. There are a lot of people who liked it too.
I think they're ditching the whole tie it all in together approach. Leave that to Marvel and do their own thing.
Who knows but this is the first concrete news of something coming after Shazam as far as I'm aware. SDCC in a couple of weeks so should get more then. -

It doesn't make a lot of sense having 2 Joker movies with 2 different actors/jokers. I imagine most of the production houses think it's odd, but powerful people call the shots and it keeps people in work, so meh. -

Registered 17 years agoIt looks as though after WB/DC said they'd slow things down (or did they officially?) that they're going back into whatever's ready mode. It wouldn't surprise me that during ComiCon they announce Batgirl.
I'm convinced they'll announce Man of Steel 2 there. I bet they'll get Matthew Vaughn.
We'll be getting the Aquaman trailer next week. Probably a very brief glimpse of Shazam but that's just started post production. -

Registered 17 years agoThe line-up for Birds of Prey has been announced.
Apart from Harley we'll have Black Canary, The Huntress, Cassandra Cain and Renee Montoya.
All of the 'big hitters' such as Ivy, Catwoman and the like are probably being saved up for The Batman or one of it's sequels. Unless they also announce a Catwoman film.
ComiCon starts on Thursday. They may announce casting for this.
