The daily newsletter is no longer arriving in my inbox. This seems to have coincided with the new site design. I have the daily newsletter box ticket in my preferences and the email address is correct.

Two emails to support to ask about this have gone unanswered so I'm raising it here instead. Does anybody else still get the daily email? Is it such an underused feature that I'm the only one who noticed its absence, or is it just me that isn't getting it?

My email address is site-specific and has 'eurogamer' in the local part; is there a filter stopping that address being sent to, maybe?

I have the same problem. The last daily newsletter I got was on 19th March.

Good to hear it will be back next week. Finding it hard to live without this daily dose of gaming joy in my inbox!

Still no newsletter. I don't regularly open up EG to browse it; I rely on the daily email at the end of the working day to give me something to read. Without the newsletter I'm just not visiting the site.

It's been gone for more than a month. Is it ever coming back? And was it a surprise to the EG team that it wasn't going out or was this planned? Because if it was planned, it would have been courteous to let your subscribers know it was going away for a bit.

I don't know if it's related, but I'm also not getting notifications from this thread. I got one when @craigy mentioned me by name, but nothing for the other replies. So there's a second email problem for you.

Any update Eurogamer? Could this be related to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that's coming into force later this month, or is there just a bug that needs fixing somewhere?

Sorry to keep harping on @craigy, but is the newsletter coming back or not? If it's not, can you just say so? If it is, what's the hold-up? Do I need to resubscribe for PECR compliance (which I'd guess is more relevant than GDPR)?

As a simple reader who of course doesn't know all the technical details of what's changed on the site, I naively thought the newsletter would just carry on as it was with just a bit of re-styling.

Is there a better way to get a summary of what's posted on the site without having to remember to visit it every so often?

Yes, the last one I got was May 30th. A week and a half without newsletters and my life is a misery. Please get this working again, Eurogamer!

No newsletter here for a while.

Nothing in junk, newsletter settings are correct and I definitely re-signed up when prompted due to GDPR.

Any ideas?

They've been awesome recently. That dwarf tossing expose was phenomenal. You would think all those games execs would be a little more PC.
