I think the playseat thing is supposed to be good if you're looking for a seat. I've got a wheelstand Pro and just use a camping chair which works really well too.
I was looking at that foldable playseat but thinking about it's probably a bit too much hassle. Leaning towards a stand atm.

I've got the Playseat Challenge, works a treat. Folds up and goes under the stairs, takes a couple of minutes to set up in the living room and you're away, use it as my regular gaming chair too.

My wheel works perfectly well for me using a Wheelstand Pro in front of my sofa. Itís really solid and fully adjustable. The stand, not my sofa obvs.

I guess whether you need a seat or not is going to depend on your current seating arrangement in front of your console/TV.

I recommend the Omega Gt stand . I also upgraded my t300 pedals to the t3pa pros and it's a massive difference

There's lots of options for stands and seats. Not sure what to do, a stand would be more convenient for me though. I didn't bother picking that up from Argos as the deal runs to the 14th, will give me time to think.

Online the general consensus seems to be that the wheelstand pro is the best stand and the playseat is the best seat without going into silly money.

Trying to search for your results on this track. How do you search on here again?

Iíve finished the whole rally career with the Lancia and finished first on each track/stage first time.

This was my first go on Elsthorpe sprint reverse: 04.29.644
Not sure if itís reasonable for a first shot.

I donít think weíve done that one as a EG time trial yet actually. Is that the H1, H3, Group B or Group A Lancia?

If youíre gonna post a time, Iíd recommend saying what class, country, and if itís wet or dry which helps compare times.

Actually thatís true. Well weíll have to sort that out, itís probably my turn so Iíll pick us a class and course after work.

I might have another go then, since you beat my time. Not sure how much I like that course though, I want to drive it crazy fast, but itís just so easy to clip those stupid banks.

I love hay bale section and the few corners after that. The flat out sections are a bit rough though.

I had a go last night and after an hour I still didn't complete a run. There's just no room for error. I did learn that first sector pretty well though.

That 6 right six left 1 right in the middle though where you inevitably crush into the ambulance... argh

Weíve said it before, but some of the co-driver calls could definitely be improved - particularly in Poland. That country, more than any other, I feel like I need to learn the courses myself rather than stick to what Phil says.

Actually it's not even wrong what he says. He even says "slow" before the whole thing. But I still always underestimate how quickly that turn is coming. I think I learned it after 10 crashes or so in the same spot.

Squeezed out a couple more seconds down to 4:09.375, but still a way off the doctor.

I really wanted to do it in the Subaru, but just couldnít get it to go as fast as I could the C4.

    Ok here goes:

    Sweden
    Hamra
    Up to 2000cc

Had two goes and got a very middling 6:40.767 in the C4. The snow seems to strain my eyes a bit, it must be all that white. Maybe I need yellow sunglasses like the real drivers use. :D

Edit: One more go after the football: 6:39.600. I keep grinding those sides.

6.33.517 after a couple of runs. So easy for a very slight mistake to fuck up your whole run. Increasing the ride height helps deal with some of the clips though.

6.11.785 this surface is easily my favourite so far now around the slower sections. The fast sections just make it way too frustrating though, no way would I have the patience to fully learn this track.
