Ah, apologies. Thought theyíd do a super sleek new iMac but they may just keep doing minor refreshes until they do one with their own silicon.

    Yeah, unsurprising but disappointing.
Think I'll get a mac mini and wait to see on AS iMacs.

Presume that new form factor will come across to the iPhone. Wonder if the notch will go for the new touch ID sensor too?

Zero chance of them losing the notch until they can make it smaller or under the glass.

You can go to betaprofiles.com and install the beta profile. The current "beta" is the final version that will be released tonight. So you won't be running beta software. Don't forget to remove the profile after updating.

Tested the spatial audio on airpods pro, it works, so if you turn your head the audio does indeed change but it sound kind of hollow.

The automatic device switching is a godsend though, worked flawlessly between macbook iphone and ipad.

Last night's keynote was enough to make me order a 12.9 Pro.
The Air looked great, but once you've bumped the storage to the higher model you're still looking at £729.

I find myself using less and less storage on my iPad these days. Makes more sense to put the cash into a cloud service.

Yeah, I never filled even half of the 64GB on my iPad and my 256GB iPhone is now sitting at 216GB free. Music streams, video streams, photos immediately into the cloud (a private one, though, not trusting them bastards with my nudes), I'm actually surprised I have 40GB taken on the iPhone as it is.

Same here, until I go on holiday and then I totally load it up with downloads from Netflix/Amazon etc. 256gb is about the sweet spot IMO.

I do the same, but actually I canít remember the last time I went on holiday and the WiFi wasnít adequate to stream Netflix. Music downloads for the beach would do me these days I reckon. Next time I get a new device I might be brave enough to go for base storage.

I've had my 64gb iPad Pro for over three years now and I've gone from having enough space, to not enough space, back to it being enough again.

The A10X and 4GB has also been more than enough; just not feeling the need to upgrade at all. I might have been tempted by the new Air but it's only 60Hz (the 120 in the Pro was worth the extra cash in my opinion) and in any case I'm looking forward to the MacBook more.

I always go for 64 gig. Thatís about 30 hours at half decent resolution i think.

I donít really know how youíd get through so much that you need that before you find another free WiFi point.

I'd be in no hurry to upgrade to the latest iOS until they've got the bugs ironed out.

The latest update of 10.4.8 to 10.4.9 caused massive problems quite a few of which have not been resolved. Most obvious ones were plugin related but plenty of other problems still exist.

Just wait a while and see what issues people have and wait for any patches.

The games I play on my phone usually advise against updating immediately until they work everything out (Star Ocean was broken for multiple weeks a few updates ago, and that's Square Enix) and there's nothing particularly exciting in terms of new features for me this year so I think I can leave it til the little badge appears.
