| They have a decent £30 off an over £60 spend through a credit account but it all sounds pretty dodgy and their reviews online are god awful. If others have had positive experiences with them though, I may be tempted. Not sure I want to be setting up a credit account for this though... |
Anyone bought from Very.co.uk?

Registered 16 years agoThey are fine, just remember to pay the credit off before you start paying interest. -
I've heard they have decent PS4 offers. -

Registered 16 years agoNever had an issue with them, just keep a close eye on when you are expected to pay for things or you could end up paying interest which is quite high. -
If you've got the cash, stick it on credit, get the discount and then just pay off the whole balance when your first statement comes in. That's what we do. -

Registered 7 years agoYeah they're fine, I used a similar offer previously with no problems and they often send more through. As long as you pay the whole lot off as soon as you can you'll never pay a penny in interest. -

Registered 7 years agoYou don't always get the discount with debit, they want your debt so throw money off offers through to encourage you to spend. As long as you're savvy you can make some decent savings using them. -

Registered 8 years agoAlways pay through credit cards and pay off in full at the end of the month. You don't get the same protections with debit cards. -

Registered 14 years agoI probably got the same deal as the esteemed Mr Threepwood. It was perfectly fine. -

Registered 14 years ago@b-rk so you're missing out on discounts (admittedly only rarely), extra protection (this is a big deal) and potentially improving your credit (I could be wrong about this but I think using credit cards responsibly does more for your credit rating than debit cards).
But sure. Your way is clean and easy.
It's also clean and easy to set your credit card to automatically be paid in full every month.

I use them all the time when they send me £20 off £50 voucher codes.
Never had an issue really.
