Strangely difficult to get overly excited about qualifying automatically, given 40% of teams qualified, and then there's the spots via the playoffs, the lucky dip, the closest to bull, and for the best dressed team.

Yeah and assigning groups based on who might qualify. So Scotland’s entire play off section assigned to England’s group as we co-host. Weird.

It gets better.
If certain teams win the their play-off, they can’t take part in the group they were drawn in.
