    @THFourteen

    Still, what could possibly be better than a family holiday with young kids? I'm sure you'll come back completely refreshed....or you'll regret the whole thing after half an hour and wish you were back at work 😁

    Please pop Borderlands 2 in my last free slot- I never managed to finish it when it first came out but determined to do so before number 3 comes out.

    Can we add Spider-Man PS4 to my list?

    Slay the spire can be added to my list. Itís fairly great stuff. Hopefully iíll get some headway into it on my flight to Seoul.

    OK, please add Outer Wilds to my list. Too tempting for a tenner.

    May be in trouble now though. Battletech going nowhere fast, and doubt I will ever finish Cultist Simulator. Thronebreaker my best option for a completion - fairly sure I am on area 4/5.

    🎯 Picross S3

    The game has 4 modes:
    Picross,
    Mega Picross,
    Color Picross
    and Clip Picross.

    I have completed Mega and Color without hints. (Which took over 45 hours).

    I am a bit annoyed though as Clip Picross is unlocked through the standard Picross rule set but not the harder Mega rule set. The actual puzzles are the same just with different rules.

    I do not see a reason to complete all the puzzles on an easier difficulty to finish off this mode. (I have done enough of the easier version to do 4/5 of the Clips but need to do all of them to finish the 5th).

    Right, despite my best efforts I'm going to have to declare myself out.

    I purchased that VR bundle from Game with like 8 fucking games or something. And I despite finishing Fist Of The North Star yesterday I simply don't have the slots.

    Good luck to the runners and riders.

    (Unless there is some rule that allows for such occurances)

    @Toaster05

    If that's your best efforts I'd like to see you throwing caution to the wind! So you're another one of those wishy washy VR failures. Just like TH14, but you're only partially off the hook. I still expect you to stay the course with your main gaming fare.

    Spreadsheet updated with the latest achievements and failures. Funnily enough, user Toaster is right next to user TH14 on the list. A bad influence, no doubt.

    VR is a funny one because the games are short and tbh a matter of taste whether you like them or not. For example Iíd never play a game like beat Saber outside of VR but been playing it non stop as much as I can. Similarly Robo Recall is cool and all but I find itís a bit meh

    So just like normal short games, except you have to wear a Darth Vader helmet.

    Yeah, that's a really odd statement to make about VR games. And no matter how 'meh' someone can be about Robo Recall (and really they shouldn't be because it's fucking amazing) it's literally a three hour blast.

    Problem? Both went on the list at the same time, for whatever reason. Solution: PLAY THE FUCKERS ONE AT A PISSING TIME. :)

    Beat Saber...ahemmmmmmmmmmmm...how about actually playing the games YOU buy rather that letting them moulder away into a pile of dust?

    The difference is unlike normal games you really donít know what they are like until you try them regardless of reviews.

    Lol no, if itís an FPS or RPG or Strategy game or whatever you kind of know exactly what you are getting and watching a few YouTube videos really confirms it.

    Without being able to put the helmet on itís impossible to get a feel for the VR game by reading or watching other people play it.

    @THFourteen

    So what you're saying is that because you have no idea what vr games are like, you were forced to buy lots of them at the same time because it doesn't make any difference anyway?

    How many have you finished so far?

    The more I'm exposed to THFourteen's ramblings the more I realise he's on another planet. :-D

    Anyone who has used VR for more than ten minutes knows if they a) like shooty games, and b) can live with teleporting movement. Until now, the only people who haven't loved Robo Recall fell foul of a and/or b. And both a and b are evident from reviews, and even the game's own blurb.

    NO EXCUSES, FAILED USER TH_FOURTEEN!

    OI! I've put nearly six hours into it in the last week - presently my most played game (although granted not much time for gaming full stop at the mo).

    I regret nothing!!!! I'd sooner suffer you bunch of fucks berating my failure than pass up the VR dealz on offer.

    Also, you fuckers are kind of evil as you show only my failure and not my spectacular run of completions. Not that I'm at all bitter you understand.

    I hate you! I wish I had never been born!

    Prediction: Toaster05 is going to puke in their first VR session and have to give the whole kit and kaboodle to charity. :-D

    Not my first time at the rodeo. I sold my PS VR v1 as it was too much of a faff but V2 with HDR passthrough works for me.

    So, sorry to disappoint. No regrets!

    100 hours on Division 2 so please mark it complete. I won't be buying expansions.
    90+ hours on Battlefield 5 so please mark as complete. I won't be buying expansions.

    Add Days Gone to my list please. £35 in Sainsbury's and Argos! Oof!

    Also I technically played Quake 2 because I wanted to check out RTX, but I don't think that counts as its more of looking at tech than playing a game...

    What do you think guys?

    All games count. Even VR games and tech demos, although they aren't proper games. It's like comparing apples to oranges. Let's not beat around the bush or go barking up the wrong tree; the challenge is not rocket science so we can't let you off the hook.

    People will say that you made your own bed so you have to lie in it. You reap what you sow and you certainly can't have your cake and eat it. Anyway, there is no use crying over spilt milk. It's true that birds of a feather have flocked together in the last few days so let's not add insult to injury by blowing up a perfect storm. I think I'm making myself clear.
