What job forces you to work every day over Xmas? I’d hate that

Been off 2 weeks already and back in 3rd Jan, won’t be anything to do first week though as most people only back the week after

I'm at work, until I hope at most 2 pm. I don't actually need to do much, I just need to be there until my colleague gets here. The place is open until 9 pm though and we have clients until the end of the day.

Hah! Got into the office today to find a water leak. I feel like reporting that before it could (hopefully) do too much damage has justified the immense boredom and total lack of productivity of the last few days in work.

One office to help move to a new one downstairs, and my other one to move website to a new server. It's a VPS which I don't have much knowledge of, so learning as I go... Better to fuck it up now than when we are back working.

I hate sitting about the house doing nothing, so don't mind being here. At home I can't get on any of the consoles due to the kids hogging them, and if I sit and watch TV I get nagged to do some household chore.

That's it, week and a bit off now. Ended up doing a bit more than expected today so I don't come back to a mountain of shit. Lots of Bailey's on ice and gaming tonight. Cheers all, it's been a tough 2 days work!
