Hopefully, gaming this year will improve. Been rubbish so far.
You are misselling the great original there by not titling it by the new version's name, Underworld Ascendant and giving it 1/10. The original is one of my all time favourites abd I unfortunately also backed UA but haven't dared play it yet after all of the feedback...
Aaarrgghhh, OK, let's try this again,

    1 Miitopia, 3DS. 8/10.
2 Book of Demons, PC. 7/10.
    3 Planet Alpha, Xbox. 4/10.
4 Red Strings Club, PC. 5/10.
5 Rebel Star Galaxy, PC. 5/10.
6 Ultima Underworld Ascendant, PC. I kick started this, what a mess, -1/10.

Updated the score as well :)

    1. God of War (PS4) (2/1/19) (9/10)
    2: Dead Rising 3 (PC) (3/2/19) (8/10)
    2.1 Dead Rising 3 Untold Stories 1 (3/2/19) (7.5/10)
    3.1 Overcooked 2 CNY DLC (5/2/19) (8/10)
    4.1 Walking Dead Final Season Ep 3 (PS4) (6/2/19) (8/10)

Finally got around to Broken Toys. Another bugfree experience which is nice. Combat sections could occasionally be annoying but story was well done with some challenging choices (and I felt I messed up at least one big style bit I stick with my decisions in these). And a few interestingly done 'thoughtful' sections. Graphics were nice enough and I canvrelate to the main cast a lot more than on most seasons. Looking forward to the finale.

Edit - pressed post too early on mobile, oops...

    #1 Kirby Star Allies 05/01
#2 Animal Crossing New Leaf 31/01

    #3 Valkyria Chronicles 4 06/02

I have 3 or 4 maps left to try again for an A grade, but otherwise it's done with all characters unlocked and upgraded and all squad stories and skirmishes unlocked and cleared. I had a blast, highly recommended! 9/10 :)

Great indie game, absolute oozes charm and super cast of characters. Probably a couple of hours too long but otherwise tremendous.

Now to keep plugging away at Resi whilst also properly getting into Gravity Rush 2, finally!

    #7 Devil May Cry 4 10/02/19 6/10

I remember being pretty excited about this and waiting to play it with a mate. Grabbed it and headed over with a few cans to his house. His reaction on seeing Nero was "Who's this albino hipster?" which proved to be more memorable than the game itself. It's alright but serious asset reuse and boring locations mar the combat. However the combat has shown its age now.

    #5 03/02 Observer - PC
    #6 10/02 Red Dead Redemption 2 - PS4

It was good but it had some serious pacing issues and was way, way too long. I felt it had outstayed its welcome by the fifth chapter but wanted to see it through to the end. In isolation each chapter was good, some had some low points but the good outweighed the bad for the most part. I was practically begging the screen to make it end, wishing it all to be over. The duration of the game soured the experience overall. I mean the story is well told, it has high production values and all but I prefer the cinematic cuts of the Lord of the Rings films to the multidisc collector's editions, this is similar.

Also, fuck those lengthy credits. I get that people that worked on it deserve the credit but I needed a massive dump and was holding it in whilst watching out for the cutscenes in the credits that gave closure to story elements. I'm now in some discomfort even though I got to have that hearty dump about 20 minutes ago.

Sod the waste of effort with trying to maintain a healthy weight for the earlier chapters when it's all so pointless.

    #6 10/02 Red Dead Redemption 2 - PS4
    #7 10/02 Bleed 2 - PC

Ok, I know it's short but I finished the normal story mode. It still counts. I'm not sure how I'd cope with the arcade mode. I don't really have the skills and timing required for some of the boss fights. Seemed quite fun. I would have loved this 15-20 years ago.

    #1 Marvel's Spiderman. 01/01/ 9/10 (platinum)
    #2 Destiny 2 (Main Campaign) 06/01/ 8/10

    #3 Detroit 12/01 7/10
    #4 Tetris Effect 13/01 10/10
    #5 Beyond Two Souls 16/01 5/10

    #7 Devil May Cry 4 10/02 6/10
    #8 Fallout 76 12/02 5/10

So, you're sitting in a bar on the shelf and you see one that catches your eye, you think to yourself "Hey I'll try this" but the person beside you goes"That's fucking shite".

You ignore the person and down the shot. It's familiar but there's something a little off about it. You feel a little queasy. You turn back and the bartender has poured the entire bottle into a pint glass for you.

"Finish it"says the bartender IT"S USER PHATTSO FROM THE 5 SLOT CHALLENGE AND EVEN THOUGH YOU BOUGHT THE DRINK YOU FEEL RESENTFUL NONETHELESS and you grimace and start swallowing.

So in some ways I preferred this to Fallout 4 ( I hated the voiced main character, the world was pretty bland ) whereas this had an interesting world, some nice narrative elements but the gameplay was the same as fallout 4 ( if you liked that it's not much different). However it is a mess and the story is as impactful as a fart in the wind)

I did however have one weird. moment where I was looting a shop and I could hear the stomping of power armor. There was a dude ten levels higher than me with a missile launcher.

"Got any cream?" came the voice of a twelve year old kid.

    I logged off.

Well, I would have thought it was an ok PS2 or GameCube game I guess. There was some fun to be had at times, it's not bad as such, just feels like it's a two generations old game. A somewhat mediocre one at that.

At the stage I'm at it's been a week or so I suppose that I had finished the main races. I can't be arsed to grind out levels by replaying events to unlock Goliath. I can't be arsed with all of the stories nor can I be arsed to wait for that fifteenth barn find.

I just did a custom 50 lap race to try and bump my level up in road racing but it wasn't sufficient. Bollocks to that, life's too short. Also, the radio stations in this are the worst yet, I default to any rock/alternative station in the series and most of the content makes me want to stab pencils into my eardrums on all of them, this one more so.

The seasons were a nice touch.

    #1 God of War HD
    #2 Gears of War 2
    #3 Yoku's Island Express

    #4 Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice
Fantastic and interesting action title. I wasn't expecting it to be as visually interesting as it was, either, I'm glad this came to Game Pass. [100%] - 8/10

    #5 Wolfenstein: The Old Blood
As far as expansions go, this was alright. I thought the general story telling compared to the New Order was next to nowhere, however, and I was a little disappointing by what I found to be a dud ending. 6/10

    #6 Wolfenstein: The New Order
Been a while since I touched this on PC so I figured I'd download it on game pass and give it a second swing. Man, I forgot how stellar a game this really was. 9/10

    #7 Gears of War 3
Much like Gears 2, and a few other games I've played so far this year, this is a retread. Still love the Gears games, however, and it's been long enough now that I'd forgotten how this one went down. 8/10

    2: Dead Rising 3 (PC) (3/2/19) (8/10)
    2.1 Dead Rising 3 Untold Stories 1 (3/2/19) (7.5/10)

    3.1 Overcooked 2 CNY DLC (5/2/19) (8/10)
    4.1 Walking Dead Final Season Ep 3 (PS4) (6/2/19) (8/10)

Finished second DLC on DR3, more of the same from a different perspective. Started the third but probably going to be sicknof these by time I do all four ;)

Also restarted Fire Emblem Echoes but as I have got the £2 for two months Xbox Game Pass I may need to get some MS stuff played and completed for maximum value before I quit it (as I don't have an XBone the value is a lot worse on PC, and sadly you cannot play the 360 stuff on an actual 360...).

Mega. Tons of replay value and iím Interested in the story itís building too. Itís a lot easier than the old school hitmen games but I like how it gives the mission stories as well as the option to go buck wild with a sawed off if you wish.

I really enjoyed it when I got back into it. It was a bit frustrating that it's necessary to grind previous chapters for weapon and skill upgrades. I just wanted to play through each mission as is. I did mostly use the same team setup which were equipped way better than the other characters, this proved to be quite an issue in late levels.

I look forward to revisiting it at some point to try and complete and unlock everything, also to get the DLC if it's on sale at some point.

Am I allowed to include the NG+ route of Super Robot Wars V? Logged a normal playthrough as one of my games last year, but NG+ adds a new difficulty level and several new plot branches. Around 1/3rd of the missions are different from the basic playthrough.
