Hmmmm, no Bill Murray confirmation. I bet Ackroyd will be gagging for it, he has been for aeons.

Torch pass to kids. Fuck that. More remember this crap.

Surely a Halloween release would be better instead of summer.

So, who retired to a farm and kids found stuff.

Maybe Harold Ramis will be a CGI ghost?

Kinda reminded me of that barn in Back to the Future, is it really the Back to the Future remake?

The raping ghost. Like the one that pleasured Dan Ackroyd.

I'm going to make a bold first page prediction that this is going to be rubbish.

Quirky indie is pretty much his thing.

I'll go further and day it will be even worse than the one with all those ghastly vaginas in.

A bold, but probably impossible statement.

I watched the front runner the other night. Was pretty good.

This can't be any worse than the last one.

After that abomination of a reboot I'd prefer they just leave Ghostbusters in the past to be honest.

I quite liked the last one. I think the first one is dreadfully dated and really a bit shit. The second one is unwatchable.

After seeing who's directing and looking at the teaser I'm actually pretty hopeful for this. (although it could equally be shit)

If the film's as good as the trailer it should be alright. And yes that is totally the Back to the future barn.

It's a fucking masterpiece of a script. It may be dated (beacuse it's 25 odd years old) but it's still got more laughs on the first ten minutes than the entire runtime of the new one.

The Feig one was fine. It wasn't funny at all, but was ok as a dumb easy watch action film.

If you don't recognise Ghostbusters 1 as an absolute classic you must have really shit taste or be dead inside.

Or a cunt (it's this option).

No the first one is a bit shit. It's one of those films people like to reminise about (when half of them weren't even old enough to watch it when it was first released) with rose tinted glasses, the story is weak and really slow, the effects are outrageously awful, the jokes are 80s shit, in fact it's absolute dross now I'm thinking about it more.

My little boy is obsessed with Ghostbusters so I watch it quite regularly. You're completely wrong.

The entire sequence in the lift at the hotel shits all over most other modern US comedy on its own.

Thrown in the wry sarcasm throughout the movie ("I've worked in the private sector, they expect results") and you have a genius script

Ghostbusters is awesome and if you don't agree you're basically siding with Gozer and are a humongous cunt.

Ghostbusters II however was worse than Ghostbusteresses, come at me bros

I hope you're just being contrary as the alternative is just too hideous to contemplate.
