I feel bad for any public facing employees or anyone involved with Blizzard games like voice actors who are now having to come under pressure from fans to say something about this. It's not fair on them, it's the corporate fucks that have to apologise.

There's a post on reddit with one billion upvotes claiming that Blizzard have stopped people from closing their accounts to try and stem the tide.

Kinda, the system is just overloaded with the numbers doing it.

I'm beginning to think Blizzard didn't shoot themselves in the foot with a .22LR, it's looking more like a 40mm grenade now.

Their timing is pretty bad too, because Blizzcon is only three weeks away. If it had been a few months, maybe people would have forgot. But now, you just know someone is going to try and bring it up. Funny to see what's gonna happen then.

Somebody should bring it up, but the poor schmucks who have to deal with those questions will be pretty powerless. The boardroom suits who pull the strings won't be present.

Again though, somebody should bring it up at Blizzcon.

They'll only do something when the share price plummets.

Everyone should bring it up at Blizzcon, every question should be about this.

I don't disagree, but the people present will not be able to answer with any knowledge :p

Just discovered a sub-reddit called Sino, its full of brainwashed zealot supporters of china "discussing" blizzard. Some of the most racist "pale face" hating nutjobs that cry racism against chinese people at every second. Its like a trump supporting page for china (assuming all the posters are not chinese government workers!)

I'd be surprised if this years Blizzcon even allows questions from the audience. Already felt that after last years debacle, but especially so now. If there are any interviews with the media I imagine PR will be there off camera to steer the topic if it goes in a certain direction.

It will be a shit show.

2% in 2 days. Not huge, but noticeably down.

Eh, if the share price goes down tencent will probably just buy more shares.
