Registered 14 years agoMine is updating all the bloody time. Seven years of the Xbox One, in the Insider programme since pretty much it became a thing, and I don't think I've *seen* the console update as much as I've seen the Series X. Must have been three or four times in the last few weeks! -

Registered 14 years agoThe HDMI-CIC thing on the Series X has decided that it no longer wants to turn off my (LG) TV off, turning on still works though. It was working fine for ages, but now I have to actually find the remote and use it, the humanity! -

Registered 15 years agoIf you can use PayPal as it's quicker to by pass a websites usual payment system. I struggled for ages buying a graphics card until I switched paying for it via PayPal. -

This one was via the hotstock app. I've been getting loads of S alerts in the telegram group too lately so probably worth having a look at that too.

My order from Smyths arrived at 8am after ordering Tuesday evening... Pretty chuffed, not sure why I haven't used them more! Will have to add them to my list of usual suspects to compare game prices on.
Got it set up before work and moved a couple of games from external to internal and it's chugging away downloading updates now. Love how easy the setup process is these days! No faffing about trying to enter a lengthy random password on a fiddly on screen keyboard (and the paranoia of drawing your curtains while you do it!
